LinkCrew does not process or hold your clients' money. Instead, you get two ways to collect:
Takes about 3 minutes if you already have a Stripe account. ~10 minutes if you're new to Stripe.
In your LinkCrew dashboard, open Settings from the sidebar, then scroll to the Payments card.
You'll be redirected to Stripe. If you already have a Stripe account, sign in — we'll use that one. Otherwise, create a new account (free, takes ~5 minutes).
Stripe will ask for your legal name, business info, and bank account (for payouts). Standard Stripe signup — nothing LinkCrew-specific.
Once Stripe sends you back, the Payments card will show Connected ✓. Your next invoice will include a "Pay with card" button.
You can add any combination of the methods below. Each one shows as a card on your invoice with its QR code and instructions.
Most banks support Zelle. Open your bank's mobile app, find "Zelle" (usually under Transfers or Payments), and look for "My QR code" or "Receive". Screenshot or download the QR image, then upload it in the Payments card. Detail to enter: your Zelle email or phone number.
Open Venmo app → tap your profile → tap the QR icon at the top right. Screenshot the code, crop to the QR, and upload. Detail to enter: your @venmo-handle.
Open PayPal app → tap "PayPal.Me" or go to paypal.me, create/copy your link. For a QR: paypal.com → Wallet → "PayPal QR code". Detail to enter: paypal.me/your-name.
Open Cash App → tap your profile icon → tap the QR code at the top right. Screenshot and upload. Detail to enter: your $cashtag.
No QR code for this one — just enter your routing and account numbers in the detail field (or the instructions you want clients to follow, like "Email me for wire instructions").
Enter the mailing address where clients should send the check. Keep it short — the payee name and address only.
Email support@linkcrew.io and we'll help you get set up.
